Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Must be from automotive OEM (Passenger vehicle) company with minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing Quality – EV Experience Preferred. Holding Degree/Post graduation in Automobile/Mechanical/ Electricals/Electronics Hands on experience of automotive processes & troubleshooting. Understanding of Vehicle Commodities like Trims, Rubber & Glasses, Electricals, Mechanism, HVAC, etc. Knowledge/Know-how of vehicle of Automobile parts, their function & problem solving Handling of Next customer issues (RFI)- root cause analysis and action planning with horizontal deployment. Handling of field concerns- root cause analysis and action planning with horizontal deployment. Knowledge of New product development (NPD) process. Should be able to handle FTR.
