As Manager, Municipal Engineering (Land Development & Municipal Engineering) , you’ll lead a high‑performing team delivering municipal engineering programs across Sudbury, Ottawa, Kingston, and Cornwall – balancing technical excellence, business growth, and people leadership. Reporting to the Discipline Director , you’ll provide technical, management, and financial leadership while strengthening client partnerships and creating opportunities through proposal development and business development.

Your Impact

• Lead a multidisciplinary municipal engineering team (professionals, technicians, and support staff) to deliver high‑quality land development and municipal infrastructure projects.
• Drive project excellence by overseeing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client service across multiple concurrent assignments.
