Step into a pivotal role as a Manager of Operational Effectiveness, focused on enhancing service delivery and compliance in Integrated Facilities Management. This position entails maintaining high standards while working with onsite teams and clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for auditing IFM services and creating educational programs to improve operational effectiveness. Engaging with site leadership to address concerns while ensuring adherence to Health & Safety protocols is key to your success. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives across various accounts.
