**1. Plant Operations & Performance Management*** Lead daily operations and maintenance (O&M) activities of wind turbine generators (WTGs) and balance-of-plant (BOP) systems.* Monitor plant performance metrics including availability, reliability, and generation output.* Oversee outage planning, forced outage analysis, and root cause investigations.* Implement corrective and preventive maintenance strategies to maximize plant uptime and efficiency.**2.
