Job Description
We are hiring for a Top 10 Pharmaceutical Company in India for the position of Manager – Process Engineering. The role is responsible for handling process engineering activities related to OSD manufacturing and packing equipment at a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling installation, operation, troubleshooting, and optimization of OSD manufacturing machines and packing machines.
Managing equipment qualification, validation, and process improvement activities.
Ensuring smooth machine performance with minimum downtime.
Coordinating with Production, Maintenance, QA, and Engineering teams for efficient operations.
Monitoring machine efficiency, productivity, and compliance with GMP/cGMP requirements.
Leading technology transfer, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Handling vendor coordination and technical evaluations for new equipment.
