Manager, Payroll Services Latinamerica (Guadalajara)

Location: Guadalajara, Mexico

Reports to: Sr Manager, Human Resources Shared Services Americas

The Manager, Payroll Services will be responsible for the oversight and successful delivery with the highest levels of quality and timeliness of payroll operations ensuring full compliance of internal and external policies and regulations across different countries in Latin America. They are responsible for guiding their team in the execution of all payroll related processes, services and solutions. They will interface with HRBPs, COEs, Finance, IT, Ingredion sites, Government entities and other key stakeholders to ensure delivery within agreed upon service levels. Continuously seeking improvement on process and service delivery adhering to the existing HR model.
