Overview
The Manager, People Success leads employee lifecycle operations, overseeing transactional and compliance processes while enhancing the employee experience. The role defines the vision for the People Success Center, builds scalable processes, and manages a shared services team delivering HR support against SLAs. It also ensures HRIS data integrity and partners cross-functionally with HR, IT, Payroll, and Centres of Excellence to drive efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develops and manages to a vision, strategy, and documentation of the end-to-end employee life cycle processes for People Success Center. This includes processes such as new hire processing, onboarding, employee job changes, terminations, and employee record management.
