Job Description

  • Lead and enable a high-performing People Services team delivering consistent, high-quality support across the business

  • Work in close partnership with Strategic Business Partners to deliver aligned, end-to-end people solutions

  • Build trusted relationships with leaders, supporting the delivery of people priorities and resolving complex matters

  • Drive continuous improvement across people services, lifting capability, consistency, and efficiency
