We are on the lookout for a Manager, People Systems (Workday Talent Management & Total Rewards) to join the People Systems team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
As the Manager of People Systems, you won’t just be managing a backlog; you’ll be the architect of our Talent and Total Rewards ecosystem. You will lead a high-performing team of Workday Wizards to build seamless, scalable, and automated experiences. We are looking for a leader who is comfortable in the weeds of configuration one hour and presenting a forward-looking AI roadmap to Brand CHROs the next.
Strategic Ownership: Lead the end-to-end configuration and strategy for Workday Talent Management, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation.
