About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic PMO Manager to lead and optimise our Project Management Office (PMO) function. This role is responsible for driving PMO governance, portfolio oversight, planning excellence, performance reporting, and people’s capability to ensure the successful execution of programmes and projects aligned to organisational objectives.

The successful candidate will provide strategic direction and leadership across a complex project environment, ensuring that robust governance frameworks, effective methodologies, and best‑practice project management principles are embedded throughout the organisation. This role requires a commercially astute leader who can influence stakeholders, optimise delivery processes, and build a high‑performing PMO capable of delivering sustainable business value.
