Job Summary

:

The Quality Manager is responsible for developing and executing quality assurance strategies, driving process improvement initiatives, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to SOPs, compliance standards, and SLAs across operational teams. This role serves as a key link between operations and senior leadership to foster a culture of continuous improvement and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Quality Assurance & Audit Management

  • Design, implement, and monitor audit plans across key verticals/functions.
  • Ensure 100% audit coverage as per SLA and report findings to stakeholders with RCA and CAPA.
  • Analyze audit trends, identify recurring errors, and lead quality improvement initiatives.
  • Review and maintain updated SOPs, workflows, and quality frameworks.
