Manager, Procurement Operations

About the role

We’re looking for a Manager, Procurement Operations in Espoo to lead a team responsible for delivering and continuously developing sourcing processes from a system and operations perspective. You will ensure high-quality, compliant and efficient RFx delivery with contract implementation, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous development of processes and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Leading and guiding the Procurement Operations team, ensuring high-quality and compliant RFx facilitation, sourcing processes in the system and contract implementation with defined ordering channels.
• Shaping and sustaining a motivated team that meets agreed plans and KPIs.
• Ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery to internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Leading development projects and presenting the service delivery vision, status, opportunities and challenges.
