Manager, Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Owning product design and delivery activities for the assigned product under Customer Offboarding Planning, organizing, executing, and monitoring product builds from initiation through completion
• Assessing business value and developing product cases, while prioritizing stories, epics, and themes based on strategy and impact
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory, commercial, and operational requirements are reflected in product builds
• Preparing user stories and partnering with relevant teams to clearly define business and technical requirements
• Working closely with Squad, Tribe, Product, and Engineering stakeholders to ensure product builds are delivered on spec and on time
• Managing the product backlog, including defects, enhancements, and feature requests, through closure
