About The Role

In close collaboration with your Senior Manager in MSP, you will manage individual contributors on the Codes Editorial team of Attorney Editors based in Manila. This team currently focuses on various tasks related to statutes, administrative codes, and court rules in the United States and the United Kingdom. This position will be based in Manila using a hybrid‑working model. In this role you will do the following:

People Management

• Successfully coach individual contributors and support direct communication between Senior Manager and team.
• Model behaviors and ways of working that have a positive impact on staff.
