Responsibilities
- Ensure the necessary processes for the Quality System area established, implemented and maintained and fostered a Culture of Continuous Improvement in the area.
- Reporting to the Plant Manager and the performance Management team quality system and any need for improvement.
- Ensure awareness of customer requirements at all organizational levels of American Standard.
- Oversee the updating and generation of procedures according to changes.
- Oversee the monitoring of internal audits to ensure the quality of processes and maintenance of the Quality Management.
- Review and update the audit criteria.
- Collect and analyze information, samples and field returns.
- Ensuring the effectiveness of Quality Management System.
