Key Responsibilities Quality Management System (QMS) Establish, maintain, and improve QMS aligned with ISO , IATF / AS / ISO (as applicable). Ensure adherence to IPC standards (IPC‑A‑, IPC‑/, IPC‑J‑STD‑). Lead internal audits, management reviews, and certification audits. Own quality documentation including SOPs, work instructions, and control plans. PCBA Process Quality Assurance Oversee quality control across SMT, THT, selective soldering, wave soldering, and final assembly. Ensure effective implementation of SPI, AOI, X‑ray, ICT, FCT, and burn‑in testing. Define and monitor critical process parameters and inspection checkpoints. Review DFM/DFT feedback and support engineering during NPI and ECN implementation. Defect Reduction & Continuous Improvement Drive root cause analysis (RCA) using tools such as 8D, 5‑Why, Fishbone, FMEA.
