Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the F&B team.
• Oversee daily food and beverage operations to maintain high standards of service.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with departments, manage budgets, and support profitability and cost control.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar F&B management role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Hotel management qualification is preferable but not essential.
