Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture a strong and positive working relationship with our operators.
  • Manage the day-to-day interactions with our operators to ensure there is no disruption.
  • Monitor our operators’ quality performance and work to continuously improve.
  • Agree upon improvement plans with partners and support them during the execution.
  • Work cooperatively with our operators to ensure that their information on our platform is updated.
  • Track that operators have trained all their drivers.
  • Monitor operators adherence to our processes and standards and carry out audits with operators to ensure they follow quality and safety standards.
  • Build and nurture a strong relationship with the bus stations we serve.
  • Align and implement changes to our timetables with the bus stations.
  • Acting as an external (in person) mystery shopper at our stations.
