At One Advisory, we're looking for an experienced CoSec to join our dynamic Governance Team. You'll not only take the lead on a varied portfolio of listed clients but also have the opportunity to help shape our team strategy, develop junior colleagues and make a real difference to our business as it grows.

What you’ll be doing

• Planning and delivering the annual Board and Committee meeting cycle (forward planners, agendas, packs, attendance and minutes).
• End‑to‑end delivery of AGMs and other general meetings, including drafting and advising on the content of the Notice of Meeting.
• Updating clients on changes in the governance landscape and supporting the actions required.
• Advising on corporate governance code application and disclosures.
