JobSummary & Responsibilities: Service Operation – Reliability Solution Service Manager for entire RS Team – Sales & Service Operation. Handling RS Service Center Repair team & Service Business Managing PDM Service team Service Operation for PAM Business Meeting Service Sales POR Co-Ordination with Internal Sales & Service Team, External Customers for entire reliability solutions ( PAM, PDM, MHM, AMS etc.) Complete ownership / In charge of NSC. Drive the Hardware Guardian Support for Portable along with it’s execution strategy. Complete ownership for billing all MHM Service Orders such as HW SA, Online Calibration, SW Services, Training, SW AMC, Calibration, Online Service, WL Training.
