JobSummary & Responsibilities: Service Operation – Reliability Solution
  • Service Manager for entire RS Team – Sales & Service Operation. 
  • Handling RS Service Center Repair team & Service Business 
  • Managing PDM Service team
  • Service Operation for PAM Business
  • Meeting Service Sales POR 
  • Co-Ordination with Internal Sales & Service Team, External Customers for entire reliability solutions ( PAM, PDM, MHM, AMS etc.) 
  • Complete ownership / In charge of NSC. 
  • Drive the Hardware Guardian Support for Portable along with it’s execution strategy.
  • Complete ownership for billing all MHM Service Orders such as HW SA, Online Calibration, SW Services, Training, SW AMC, Calibration, Online Service, WL Training.
