Job Description

 We are currently partnered with a major international shipping line who are in the process of hiring their next Senior Manager for their Fleet Digitalization & Systems. This will be an instrumental position within the tech side of their business ideally suited to someone that has a passion for overseeing technology driven initiatives within the maritime industry.
  
  In this role you will be responsible for:
  
 Evaluating and implementing new technologies relevant to vessel performance such as IoT systems, predictive maintenance, and remote monitoring systems. Oversee the entire deployment process from conceptualization to execution.
 Work closely with the PMS Manager and IT team to ensure existing systems (e.g. planned maintenance system, vessel reporting) are reliable, up-to-date, and able to meet business needs. Identify, evaluate and implement upgrades to drive performance improvement.
