Job Description

Drive financial performance & procurement
• Develop and manage annual budgets to operate Centres within the costs allocated. • Track and feedback partner/supplier performance covered under centralised procurement. • Responsible for purchases, supplier selection & renewals for decentralised procurement. • Drive cost savings initiatives to achieve profitability per training place targets. • Escalate contractual and performance issues with internal stakeholders.
Manage class operation s• Oversee On-site preparations for classes to start on time. e.g. room layout, LGs, etc .• Oversee On-site post-class activities e.g. batching, attendances, document archival, etc .• Engage Digital Pre-Course to ensure prompt delivery of courseware and refreshments .• Engage Digital Post-Course to ensure attendances and results are captured .• Timely issue of class consumables, safety passes and replenish inventory stock .• Ensure all SOPs are complied with to meet funding agency audit requirements .•...
