Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Client Engagement
- Engage with customers to analyze operational challenges and propose suitable IT managed service solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, service demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs.
- Support the sales team during negotiations, solution positioning, and deal closures.
- Participate in client meetings, RFP discussions, and business development activities.
Solution Architecture & Service Design
- Design service delivery solutions for:
- IT Field Support
- End User Computing (EUC)
- Network Support
- Datacenter Support
- SaaS-based Solutions
- Managed IT Services
- Develop scalable operational and support models aligned with customer requirements and SLAs.
