Insight Global is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to support an Automotive Insurance organization in Vancouver, BC. Reporting to the Senior Manager, People Partnerships & Talent Acquisition, this role blends hands-on recruitment, people leadership, and program ownership. You will lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists while remaining actively involved in hiring for select client portfolios. Approximately 40% of the role is hands-on recruiting, supporting senior-level roles (Senior Manager and above) and stepping into high‑volume hiring as needed to support backlogs.
This is an opportunity for a driven, emerging TA leader who may be earlier in formal people leadership but is highly motivated, passionate about talent acquisition, and eager to make an impact.
