Job Description
The role is responsible for leading the end-to-end proposal and tendering function, including technical and commercial bid preparation, cost estimation, and submission of competitive proposals for engineering projects/services. The incumbent will manage bid strategy, coordinate with technical, operations, and commercial teams, and ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality submissions to secure business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and bids
- Review RFQs/RFPs, tender documents, and client requirements
- Develop bid strategy, pricing approach, and proposal structure
- Ensure compliance with client specifications and tender requirements
- Manage complete proposal lifecycle from inquiry to submission
