Responsibilities

  • Operational Management
    • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
    • Monitor food quality and service standard, making adjustments when necessary to ensure excellence
    • Ensure the restaurant is compliant with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness
  • Staff Supervision & Training
    • Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff including servers, kitchen personnel
