Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute primary placements of COIs with banks, DFIs, mutual funds, insurance companies, and institutional investors
  • Negotiate pricing, tenor, and volumes in line with market conditions and approved limits.
  • Plan and execute short- and medium-term funding programs.
  • Optimize cost of funds while ensuring sufficient liquidity levels.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all institutional investors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with treasury desks and investment institutions.
  • Build and sustain a pipeline of investors for repeat placements.
  • Manage COI maturities, rollovers, and refinancing risks.
  • Monitor liquidity gaps, concentration limits, and investor exposures.
  • Track market benchmarks including KIBOR, PKRV, and yield curve movements.
