Altus Group is currently looking for a manager to join our Singapore office in our Valuation AdvisoryServices, APAC business. The successful candidate will manage a team of 7#based in Singapore. The Manager will be responsible for managing the dailyworkflow through interaction with clients, subordinates and supervisors.Responsibility includes the quarterly valuation process of institutional realestate funds, which includes managing all aspects of the valuation managementprocess & real estate investment vehicles.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Manage a team and the delivery of projects/engagements to the highest quality of service and technical excellence.
- Conducting reviews of externalthird party commercial real estate valuations across APAC.
