Position Overview

BDO Canada LLP is seeking a Manager to join our Valuations & Modelling team in Toronto.

Key Responsibilities

• Support investment entity and investment holding entity reviews in accordance with CBV standards for large enterprise clients and institutional investors.
• Manage business valuation engagements for financial reporting, tax planning, compliance, and transaction advisory purposes.
• Support fairness opinion engagements by preparing financial analysis and valuation assessments related to mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
• Support BDO’s assurance practice in assessing the fair value of assets and liabilities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide valuation analysis for complex financial instruments including derivatives, employee stock options, senior debt, and other securities.
