Overview

Vision Telecom (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a Manager, Voice over IP (VoIP) and Vendor Management in Lahore. This is a full-time position with an emphasis on VoIP infrastructure, vendor management, and interconnects.

Key Responsibilities

• VoIP Infrastructure Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of VoIP infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Manage interconnects with external vendors and carriers.
• Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with VoIP vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Collaborate with vendors for system upgrades, issue resolution, and overall service improvement.
• Interconnects and Testing: Coordinate and manage interconnects between internal and external VoIP systems; develop and execute testing strategies for interconnects to guarantee seamless communication.
