 Salary: £125,000 base + bonus + 25% pension + car allowance + benefits

The Role
Reporting to the Chairman and Board of Trustees, the Managing Director will have full end‑to‑end responsibility for the leadership, performance and strategic direction of the business. Key responsibilities include:
Setting and executing the long‑term strategy of the organisation
Full P&L ownership and oversight of sales, operations, finance and R&D
