Job Title: Managing Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this position requires an individual who has held a lead in commercial teams on large Civil Engineering Schemes or several smaller construction projects. The ideal candidate will have come from a main contracting background and will have had minimum 2 years relevant experience in a similar position as an MQS.
A Managing Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for leading the project QS team on either one/two large projects, or several smaller projects.
The successful candidate will have experience in the administration of various forms of contract (with extensive experience in NEC forms of Contract).
