- MRICS/RICS Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors membership or fellowship desired.
- Must be degree qualified in a relevant subject (or similar equivalent).
- A construction law degree or related comparable postgraduate qualification highly desirable, e.g., MSc/LLB in Construction Law.
