Minimum Qualifications:
- New curriculum: SHS Graduate, old curriculum: completed at least 2 years in College (4 semesters with no back subjects)
- No prior call center experience required!
- At least HSK 3 fluency in Mandarin, and A2 fluency in English

- Respond swiftly and accurately to customer inquiries through phone and email, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Navigate challenging or sensitive customer concerns with utmost politeness and professionalism.
- Play an active role in compiling insightful reports that track customer activity and feedback.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, systems, and the unique needs of our customers.
- Warmly address every incoming client help request, making each interaction positive and effective.
