Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (Metro Cebu)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • New curriculum: SHS Graduate, old curriculum: completed at least 2 years in College (4 semesters with no back subjects)
  • No prior call center experience required!
  • At least HSK 3 fluency in Mandarin, and A2 fluency in English

  • Respond swiftly and accurately to customer inquiries through phone and email, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Navigate challenging or sensitive customer concerns with utmost politeness and professionalism.
  • Play an active role in compiling insightful reports that track customer activity and feedback.
