Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal and external meeting agendas.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation needs for operational purposes.
  • Create and distribute minutes of meetings and other documentation reports.
  • Manage documents and filing according to procedures and timelines.
  • Create and submit reimbursement claims for travel and operational expenses accurately and in line with company regulations.
  • Conduct systematic data processing and in-depth analysis to support reporting, performance evaluation, and evidence-based decision-making.


Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), North Jakarta.
