Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal and external meeting agendas.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation needs for operational purposes.
- Create and distribute minutes of meetings and other documentation reports.
- Manage documents and filing according to procedures and timelines.
- Create and submit reimbursement claims for travel and operational expenses accurately and in line with company regulations.
- Conduct systematic data processing and in-depth analysis to support reporting, performance evaluation, and evidence-based decision-making.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
- Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- High attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), North Jakarta.
