Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver
manual / functional testing
across the SDLC Perform
end-to-end testing
to validate business, technical, and functional requirements Define, design, and execute detailed test cases and test suites Support test planning, sprint-based testing, and acceptance criteria in
Agile/Scrum
teams Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers for resolution Perform root cause analysis and ensure defect closure before production release Execute
UI, Middleware (ETL), and Database testing Prepare test reports and communicate testing status
Key Requirements (Mandatory) Strong experience in
Manual / Functional Testing Banking / Financial domain experience Hands-on experience in
SQL / RDBMS
for data validation Solid knowledge of test life cycle, test scenarios, and defect management Experience with
JIRA
and requirement traceability
