Reduction in PDI complaints (unsold Warranty claims) In-plant Reduction in Warranty Claims - 1 - days In-plant Reduction in Warranty Claims Above days In-plant Closure of VTQI and TSM PDI ObservationsTimely submission of countermeasure & Action plan for Market related complaint VTQI closure within hrs (After receipt in plant) Closure of TSM PDI points IMS ImplementationProper & standardized documentation Preparation and Updation of management indicators Conduction of various audits to ensure effectiveness of implemented countermeasures Adherence to plan TPM QM Pillar
