Japanese manufacturing company specializing in metal fabrication, surface coating, and the assembly of home appliances such as toasters and heaters.

Position: Manufacturing Assistant Supervisor

Company Industry: Manufacturing – Electrical Appliances

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Salary: ₱20,000-25,000 per month (depending on experience)

Work Set Up: On-site

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical/problem‑solving abilities
• Familiarity with quality control practices and production workflows
• Willing to be assigned in Calamba, Laguna
