Manufacturing Engineer

Reporting to the Director of Product Development, the Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for driving continuous improvement in CNC machining operations through cycle time reduction, tooling optimization, fixture design, and process development. This role is hands‑on, shop floor‑oriented and requires strong technical knowledge of CNC programming, tooling and machining processes. The Manufacturing Engineer works closely with the new product engineering team to ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability from the outset and serves as a primary technical resource for machinists and operators. The salary range for this role is $93,000 to $135,000. This role is based in our Abbotsford location and is fully onsite.
