Manufacturing Engineer

Marshall Land Systems requires a Manufacturing Engineer in Moncton, NB to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes and production methods to support the build and integration of defense‑related systems and components, working closely with design engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure products are manufactured efficiently, cost‑effectively, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

• Develop and maintain manufacturing plans, standard operating procedures and/or work instructions, and process documentation to support assembly and production operations.
