Using your technical expertise, you will estimate manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
You will add value and expertise to the business by sustaining support by identifying cost reduction and yield improvement opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare or suggest improvements in the process.
- Participate in the daily GEMBA walks and observe for risk behaviors.
- Coordinates Interns in order to develop a plan and meet the goals for SOS (Standard Operation Sheets) and SCS (Standard Combination Sheets)
- Support New introduction and Transfer Projects
