Manufacturing Engineer (Precision machining)

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products to improve quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for manufacturing projects.
Create and maintain process documentation including SOPs, work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
Ensure smooth transfer of process knowledge to production teams.
Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to integrate new processes effectively.
Identify and implement process improvements using Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase productivity.
Analyze production data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
Lead root cause analysis and cross-functional problem-solving activities.
