As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in driving process improvements and supporting production efficiency across the site. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities to optimise manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.Key responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing robust manufacturing processes and procedures
Leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles
Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and ensuring smooth transition into production
Analysing production data to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
