Manufacturing Engineer - SemiconductorsThe Industrial Engineer is responsible for capacity planning, hardware planning and forecasting activities related to all post‐fab semiconductor manufacturing processes, including Bump, Probe, BE2, Assembly and Final Test, for both internal and external suppliers.
The Industrial Engineer will possess a comprehensive understanding of product and resource requirements, manufacturing capacities, throughput rates, capital equipment/hardware lead times, resource utilization and sourcing strategies.
