Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Operations Management, or any related field.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Timekeeping Systems (TK).
- Maintain accurate HR and operational records, including timekeeping and production reports.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion.
- Knowledge of production machinery, manufacturing processes, and quality control systems.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and production software or spreadsheet-based reporting tools.
- Perform duties as an HR Coordinator supporting both HR and operational functions.
