• Oversee day-to-day chemical manufacturing and compounding processes
• Ensure plant operations comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Monitor production metrics and equipment performance to identify improvement areas
• Lead documentation and reporting of operational outputs, downtimes, and process issues
