Manufacturing Supervisor (Planning)

Job Description

Supervise production line and control shop‑floor activities in order to meet production targets and supervise number of employees such as Production/ Manufacturing Operators.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall performance of a shift or area concerning delivery and meeting the Manufacturing KPI, not limited to productivity, cycle‑time, on‑time delivery, quality & yield.
• Plan headcount deployment, allocation of equipment, loading of materials and use of other resources to ensure maximum labor productivity, equipment, and space utilization.
• Review daily production schedule based on the weekly plan and provide necessary actions to meet delivery commitments.
• Regularly update management towards line issues and drive resolution with support groups for continuous improvement actions.
