Job Description

Manufacturing Technical Leader 2 (N) – Sanmina Manufacturing Engineering Management 2 – role focused on leading technical teams in manufacturing processes. 
Education Degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering. 
Experience 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience with customer contact, introduction of new products, and leading customer meetings. 
Knowledge 80% English proficiency 
Statistical analysis, leadership, standard work, lean tools (SMED, TPM, 5’s, OEE, etc.) 
Maintenance, onsite support, analysis for SMT machinery (Fuji, Panasonic, Dek, Speedline, etc.) development and analysis 
SMT programming, development of improvement projects, detection of efficiency detractors 
Attendance at project team meetings, training technicians, and follow‑up on efficiency strategies
