JOB SUMMARY: The Manufacturing Technician I provides full-time, hands-on support and guidance to production staff within assigned manufacturing cells. They may assist the engineering staff in developing and implementing various manufacturing processes.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (COMPETENCIES):
+ Provide full-time, in-cell technical support, guidance, and training for manufacturing processes in support of Production Operators and Supervisors to resolve day-to-day issues
+ Serve as an immediate resource to Manufacturing Process Engineers, Production Operators, and Supervisors to confirm worker compliance with established procedures and work instructions
+ Verification and implementation of manufacturing procedures and work instructions
+ Integrate with manufacturing and quality personnel to proactively identify situations that may negatively impact the production of quality product
