The Manufacturing Training Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving Operation and Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) training programs within the manufacturing organization. This role ensures supports knowledge transfer to increase overall operations awareness and risk intelligence and decrease risk across all levels, particularly among plant operators.
